At P&S Trendz, our goal is to ensure your orders reach you quickly and safely. Please take a moment to read through our shipping guidelines so you know what to expect.

🕒 Order Handling

• All orders are processed within 24 hours after a successful payment confirmation.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be scheduled for the next working day.
• No processing or dispatches occur on Sundays or public holidays.

📬 Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard delivery typically takes between 5 to 7 business days, depending on your delivery pin code.
• Locations in remote or less accessible areas may require additional transit time.
• Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS or email to follow your shipment.

🚚 Shipping Charges

For Prepaid Orders:

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and total parcel weight.
• We occasionally offer free shipping during special promotions.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:

• COD is available for selected serviceable areas.
• A flat ₹90 fee applies to each COD order.

P&S Trendz is not liable for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel an order, please read our updated cancellation policy below:

⏳ Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, or before it has been dispatched.
• To request a cancellation, contact us via:

• Once confirmed, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

🚚 After Dispatch

• Unfortunately, cancellations are not allowed after an order has been shipped.
• You may refuse the delivery when it arrives; however, in such cases, we will refund the amount after deducting return shipping fees (approx. ₹120), once we receive the product back in original condition.

❌ Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation

The following orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances:

• Purchases made during sales, clearance events, or promotional campaigns
• Customized or made-to-order items, once production has started

💸 Refund Timelines

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds are initiated to the same payment method within 5–7 working days.
• COD Orders: No refund is applicable since no payment was collected in advance.
