You can raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order. Beyond this window, we won’t be able to accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests, so please make sure you try your product promptly.

Pickups are usually attempted within 48 hours. If your area is not serviceable, we’ll guide you through self-shipping the product to our warehouse in Surat.

Returns or refunds are not applicable on sale or promotional items.
Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange per order for size or color only, depending on stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, or if the customer chooses not to exchange
The amount will be safely credited to the customer's P&S Trendz wallet (store credit).
The customer will receive a credit note via WhatsApp and email, which can be used for any future purchase on our website.
Refund Policy:

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after quality check.
COD Orders: Refund will be sent via UPI or bank transfer within 7–10 working days. You’ll be asked to share UPI ID or bank details post-pickup.
Note: A 15% deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover shipping and restocking charges.

Returns are allowed for a maximum of 2 shirts per return request. For more than 2 items, self-shipping is required at the customer’s cost.
All refunds and credits are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection at our warehouse.
Products returned without original tags, proper packaging, or in tampered condition will be declined and returned back to the customer without refund.
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellation after dispatch is not possible.
Claims regarding damaged or missing items must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with proper video/photo proof.
